Kevin Pauga is leaving a job with the Big Ten office in Chicago to serve as Michigan State's men's basketball director of operations. He is a former MSU men's basketball video coordinator. Pauga replaces Rich Bader, who had been with the MSU basketball staff the past nine seasons. Bader stays on campus to become director of sport operations and he will have direct involvement with all 25 MSU varsity sports. The moves are effective July 13th.
