SPARTAN WOMEN MOVE INTO TIE FOR BIG TEN LEAD

Down five points in the final minutes, Michigan State's women's basketball team rallied to win at Indiana Thursday night, 71-65. It was the Spartans' 11th straight overtime win and third straight win over all. MSU is now 11-3 in Big Ten play, tied with 18th ranked Ohio State. The Buckeyes lost 85-75 at Iowa, their second straight loss after losing at MSU 52-46 on Sunday.
The Spartans have a favorable schedule down the stretch. Three of their final four games are at home-- Michigan home next Monday, then at Wisconsin, then home games with Minnesota and Purdue.
