Houston Astros all star shortstop, Miguel Tejada, has been charged with lying to Congress in 2005, when he denied knowledge of an ex-teammate's use of performance-enhancing drugs. Tejada is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, where he is expected to plead guilty. A plea agreement is believed to already be in place.
