Purdue Buries Shorthanded Wolverines By 18

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) -- E'Twaun Moore scored 17 points and Robbie Hummel added 13 as No. 16 Purdue pulled away to a 67-49 victory over Michigan on Saturday after Manny Harris of the Wolverines was ejected for throwing an elbow.
JaJuan Johnson added 11 points for the Boilermakers (17-4, 6-2 Big Ten), who won their sixth straight.
Jevohn Shepherd and DeShawn Sims both scored 10 points for Michigan (14-8, 4-6), which has lost five of six.
Harris, the Wolverines' leading scorer at 17.8 points per game, was ejected after hitting Purdue guard Chris Kramer in the nose with an elbow. Purdue outscored Michigan 40-20 after Harris' foul.
Harris finished with five points on 2-for-7 shooting and committed five turnovers, primarily with Kramer guarding him. It was the third time in four games Harris was held to single digit.
