Make it five out of five in Big Ten road games for Tom Izzo's Michigan State Spartans. They never trailed in winning at Iowa Thursday night, 71-56. The Spartans led by 13 points at halftime and increased the lead to 22 at 53-31. Iowa cut the margin to 61-52, but the Spartans pulled away to improve to 7-1 in Big Ten play and 17-3 over all. Kalin Lucas equalled his career high with 24 points and runningmate Durrell Summers, who had 26 Sunday at Ohio State, had 21 against the Hawkeyes.
