Make it five out of five in Big Ten road games for Tom Izzo's Michigan State Spartans. They never trailed in winning at Iowa Thursday night, 71-56. The Spartans led by 13 points at halftime and increased the lead to 22 at 53-31. Iowa cut the margin to 61-52, but the Spartans pulled away to improve to 7-1 in Big Ten play and 17-3 over all. Kalin Lucas equalled his career high with 24 points and runningmate Durrell Summers, who had 26 Sunday at Ohio State, had 21 against the Hawkeyes. MSU now returns home for its next three games beginning Sunday at noon against Penn State.
