DETROIT (AP) -- The Detroit Red Wings have signed goalie Thomas McCollum to a three-year deal.
Financial terms were not disclosed with Friday's announcement.
McCollum was Detroit's first-round selection -- 30th overall -- in the 2008 draft. The Sanborn, N.Y., native participated in the Wings' training camp before his assignment back to the Ontario Hockey League's Guelph Storm.
