DETROIT (AP) -- The Detroit Red Wings have signed right wing Dan Cleary to a 14 million-dollar, five-year contract.
The 29-year-old has scored 20 goals for a second straight season.
Cleary has been out with a broken jaw since February 9th.
He has 84 goals and 123 assists in 534 games for Chicago, Edmonton, Phoenix and Detroit. He made his debut during the 1997-98 season with the Blackhawks.
Cleary signed with Detroit as a free agent in 2005.
