DETROIT (AP) -- Two early goals off Dominik Hasek (HAH'-shik) have helped the San Jose Sharks beat the slumping Detroit Red Wings 3-2.
Joe Pavelski scored on the first shot of tonight's game at Joe Louis Arena.
Rookie Devin Setoguchi also scored 52 seconds into the second period and again midway through the third.
Henrik Zetterberg and Mikael (MY'-kul) Samuelsson scored to pull the Red Wings within a goal with 7-plus minutes left.
Evgeni Nabokov's (nah-BAH'-kahv's) 20 saves helped San Jose win its fourth straight game on its eight-game road trip.
Hasek had been out for nearly three weeks because of a hip injury and stopped 19 shots.
