AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) -- Detroit Pistons forward Rasheed Wallace is scheduled to start in the NBA All-Star game in New Orleans one week from today.
NBA commissioner David Stern named Wallace to the team today because of an injury to East All-Star Kevin Garnett of the Boston Celtics.
Garnett has an abdominal muscle strain.
