The brawl between Indiana Pacers players and Detroit Pistons fans has inspired an episode of NBC's "Law & Order."
The show airing Wednesday night closely follows events in the November brawl at The Palace. But the fictional melee results in murder. The most serious charge resulting from the real donnybrook is felonious assault.
The episode entitled "The Sixth Man" airs at 10 Wednesday night on WILX TV.
The show doesn't mention Detroit, the Pistons, the Pacers, or forward Ron Artest.
