Spartans Prepping For Big Week

EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) -- Michigan State's ninth-ranked men's basketball team has a challenging week, starting with tomorrow night's game against visiting San Jose State.
The Spartans then take on fourth-ranked Texas on Saturday at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
Michigan State is 9-1 so far, and Izzo says he's preparing for this week's challenges as if it were the NCAA tournament.
Texas improved to 11-0 with a 66-56 victory over Oral Roberts today.
Longhorns point guard D.J. Augustin scored 24 points, his sixth 20-point games this season.
