TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) -- Allyssa DeHaan scored 24 points and Kalisha Keane added 20 and 11 rebounds, and No. 23 Michigan State beat Indiana State 83-58 on Saturday.
Lauren Aitch scored 10 and Courtney Davidson had 11 for Michigan State (7-2), which had a 36-29 lead at the break. The Spartans outrebounded Indiana State 45-39 in their first trip to Terre Haute since 1978.
Leah Phillips scored 12 for Indiana State, while Maria Olsthoorn added 11 points and 11 rebounds. Annie Bankhead had 11 points for the Sycamores (5-3), who were coming off a victory over Ball State on Thursday. They also beat then-No. 17 Vanderbilt in November.
Indiana State has never beaten more than one ranked opponent in a single season.
