Ron Beurmann, the longtime pro at Jackson Country Club, won the Michigan PGA Golf championship Wednesday at Eagle Eye. Beurmann, 50, was four shots down with two holes to play but birdied the par 5 18th hole to force a playoff with second round leader Josh Seltzer of Ann Arbor and Sean Winters of Bloomfield Hills. Beurmann parred the second playoff hole, the 16th on the course, to record the victory and capture the $7,000 first prize.
