Lugnuts End Losing Streak

The Lansing Lugnuts beat the Tin Caps 8-5 in Fort Wayne Tuesday night, ending a five game losing streak. It was only the sixth win against Fort Wayne in 21 games. The Lugnuts are now 27-30 in the second half of the season with 13 games remaining. They are two games behind West Michigan for a playoff berth and the two teams meet in suburban Grand Rapids to begin a series Wednesday night.
