The Huapei is a great treasure in Lansing. The owner is a Licensed Master Chef from Korea. They are a Chinese family who lived in Korea before coming here. There are many dishes you cannot get anywhere else. And, their versions of popular dishes like, Hot & Sour Soup, Fried or Steamed Dumplings, Sweet & Sour, etc. are better than any of the competition. Plan for a very informal, friendly meal of the highest quality. |
