Lansing has too many fast food establishments, and not enough fine dining. We enjoy visiting the Knight Cap - definitely worth any money that we have spent. My wife and I live in jackson and we travel to lansing for special occasions - well now we travel for one reason, to eat at the knight cap. the place is small and hard to find, but it's well worth the effort. The steaks are so good - unbeilavabley good! I had the crab bisque soup and i would have to say it's the best soup i've ever had. if you live in the lansing area and haven't tried this place, shame on you! This review was submitted by Jim We had some friend's in from Tucson and we absolutley had to show them a good time here in Lansing. We knew our best bet would be The Knight Cap.
