Magna Seating Facility
Magna may revive former Chrysler Corp. HQ in Mich.

The site of the former Chrysler Corp.'s headquarters in Highland Park may soon become an automotive components plant.
Magna International Inc. officials say they are scheduled to appear Tuesday before the Michigan Economic Growth Authority to secure tax incentives for an automotive seating facility at the site.
The Detroit News and Detroit Free Press report the plant is pending state approval but could create about 400 jobs.
Aurora, Ontario-based Magna, North America's largest auto supplier, also has offices in the Detroit suburb of Troy. A message seeking comment was left with a Magna official on Tuesday.
Chrysler, now Chrysler Group LLC, began its move to Auburn Hills in 1992.
