Ramallah, West Bank - Secretary of State John Kerry continued his Middle East visit Friday with a meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. Kerry is back in the region to try to push for progress on the peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians. Thursday he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Ahead of Kerry's meeting with Abbas, hundreds of Palestinians marched in the West Bank city of Ramallah to protest against Kerry's visit. The protesters believe the negotiations are biased towards Israel.
Kerry says the agreement would aim to address all the conflict's key issues. Leaders still have four months before Kerry's target deadline for a final agreement.
