Our sources in the House tell us they've just passed the School Aid budget, avoiding the need for a continuation budget. The bill reflects a $165 reduction in per pupil funding, as opposed to the $218 per pupil that had originally been proposed.

The cuts would be part of a $1.3 billlion slice the legislature is planning to help balance our growing deficit.

We'll have more on these cuts on wilx.com and News 10 Today as soon as they become available.
