Maytag is recalling nearly 1.6 million refrigerators because they could catch on fire.
The recall includes certain side-by-side and top freezer models sold in black, white, bisque and stainless steel.
More than 40 reports of electrical fires--- including 16 reports of property damage--- are related to this recall.
