"Kashi" is recalling its GOLEAN Powder Chocolate Energy Shake Mix because it contains undeclared milk.
That could cause a severe or life-threatening reaction in people allergic to milk.
The mix was sold at grocery and health food stores, as well as pharmacies and online retailers.
The recalled product has the bar code 18627 71000 and a "better if used by" date between January 17, 2009 and November 15, 2009.

"Cambrooke Foods LLC" is recalling all batches of its Low Protein Imitation Cream Cheese and Low Protein Peanot Butter because it may be contaminated with listeria.
That can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young kids, elderly people and others with weak immune systems.
The recalled cream cheese includes Cheddar Wizard, Herb & Garlic and Plain flavors.
These products were sold nationwide to people with special dietary needs.
