Rare video footage from 1930 shows blind and deaf author and political activist, Helen Keller, speaking on camera with the help of her teacher and mentor, Annie Sullivan.

Helen Keller was unable to see, hear, or speak from the age of 19 months after she contracted an illness, until her teacher Annie Sullivan was able to teach her to communicate. The play and movie, "The Miracle Worker" was based on her life, and their relationship.
