Zimmerman Released On Bail Under Stricter Terms

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- George Zimmerman has been released on bail again but under much tighter restrictions than the last time he was released after being charged in the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin.

When Zimmerman was freed in April he had a curfew and couldn't have guns but was allowed to leave Florida and enjoyed many other freedoms.

His release Friday requires him to stay in Seminole County and be electronically monitored and forbids him from opening a bank account, obtaining a passport and going to the airport.

Zimmerman has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in the death of Martin, an unarmed black teenager he encountered and fought with while patrolling as a neighborhood watch volunteer in Sanford, Fla.

You people do not understand the Law or the situation. Zimmerman was not defending himself, he was the aggressor. You cannot go start a fight with someone, then claim self defense when the person youattack gets the better of you. Zimmerman left his car in order to confront and detain Travon, if anything Travon was the one who was defending himself from an over zealous Rent-A-Cop.

Why was he in jail? He was defending himself.

He should not be out at all. He needs to spend the rest of his life in prison for what he did. He is guilty and he knows it, but he wants off for killing Trayvon Martin so he can go out and do this again. Plus people are going to be watching for him and he will never be safe because of what he did. So justice will come one way or another and he will get what is coming to him.

The State Of Florida will probably turn him loose like they did Casey Anthony. They will suppress evidence and the whole truth will not come out. They'll say he wont get a fair trial if people know the whole truth and nothing but the truth about him. A dirty rat can find a loop hole when they are cornered. You just watch and see.

That is assumption of guilt. Unless you know that the trial has be done, he is innocent until convicted. Otherwise, you might be assumed guilty of child molestation or larceny.
