A police report shows a woman attending a private party at a restaurant in Plymouth accused a Detroit Lions player of lifting up her shirt.
In a handwritten statement, the woman says the alleged action made her feel "extremely violated, disrespected and uncomfortable."
The report was obtained Thursday by The Associated Press under a Freedom of Information Act request.
The names of the player and the woman are redacted throughout the document.
Plymouth police Chief Al Cox says a lawyer in the case requested the redactions, and the department complied based on the recommendation of the city attorney.
Prosecutors announced on Tuesday they won't file charges against the player, citing insufficient evidence to persuade a jury beyond a reasonable doubt.
