SEATTLE (AP) -- A Washington state man accused of making an email threat against President Barack Obama and brandishing a shotgun at officers who came to his door has made his first court appearance.
Anton Caluori was arrested Tuesday at an apartment in Federal Way for investigation of making threats against the president and assault on a federal officer
The 31-year-old appeared in federal court in Seattle on Wednesday.
He faces up to five years on the threat charge and up to 20 years on the assault charge. Another court hearing is scheduled for Monday.
