"We acknowledge that and it will be addressed with the appropriate individuals. I can say from U.S. Air that's not the norm."

US Airways charges passengers $25 for their first checked bag.

The second is $35, the third $125 and everything after that is $200 each.

At those prices, how happy would you be to see the ground crew throwing your bags on the tarmac and leaving them to sit in the rain for nearly an hour?

A passenger shot this video at Philadelphia international airport a few days ago.

After a little prodding from a reporter a US Airways spokesman admitted the behavior is not acceptable.

The US Airways spokesman says the fees have made the industry profitable again.
