NEW YORK (AP) -- An independent group supporting Republican Mitt Romney is launching a major TV advertising push in four presidential battleground states.
American Crossroads announced the new ad campaign Wednesday. The spot, titled "Four More," says Americans would face more taxes, greater debt and higher unemployment if President Barack Obama is re-elected.
The ad says, quote: "Another four years focused on everything but jobs? No thanks."
American Crossroads is a super PAC with ties to Karl Rove, a longtime political adviser to former President George W. Bush. The group plans to spend $7.4 million to air the ad in Colorado, Florida, North Carolina and Ohio.
Crossroads and its affiliated outfit, Crossroads GPS, earlier this year announced plans to spend up to $300 million on ads to influence the 2012 elections.

i am sorry but while I voted to put Romney on the ballot, I had a real problem when he picked Paul Ryan. I am on Social Security, it is my money, paid in over 40 years. It is not government money that I feel I am entitled too. Cost of Medicare/blue insurance going up over $20.00 a month, there are people who can not afford it, and we have money taken out of each Social Security check to pay for Medicare. But according to Romney and Ryan, this is a "entitlement" and they want to change it. I want to tell people to think very carefully about voting for someone with super pac's behind them, someone who thinks the banks do not need regulation, and we can afford to give more money. Guess most of us are in the 47% who according to him pay no taxes. Guess what folks, you pay Federal tax on Social Security, bet he doesn't know that either.
