Obama Says People who Hate Him Don't Know Him

WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama says he doesn't take it personally when people say they hate him.

People who say they don't like him, he says, don't really know him. He says they're just reacting to "whatever funhouse mirror image" of him that is out there.

Said Obama: "The people who dislike you, don't know you. The folks who hate you, they don't know you."

Obama spoke Sunday in a live interview during Fox's pre-game coverage of the Super Bowl between the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Obama said he'll watch the game, but wouldn't pick sides since his beloved Chicago Bears didn't make it to the final.

Since when do you have to know someone personally to hate them? I must have missed this rule along the way. It is perfectly possible, and acceptable to hate someone based solely upon their actions without having a personal relationship with them. We need to get over social fear of using the word "hate." It really is okay to use. Do you think you would have needed to know Hitler personally to hate him? Probably not. Same goes for this instance. I don't need to know what Obama likes for breakfast, or what his favorite movie in order to hate him. I hate him because he is spending the US into oblivion and teaching our citizens that the only way to live is on a handout from the government. Also, in my opinion, he is the first President that is overtly working against the interests of the US. While I may not have agreed with Presidents of the past, I never got the sense that they were actively seeking to undermine our way of life until Obama came along.

Most people hate his actions just like people hated george bush. The only thing that is similar between these two men is that they stick to their principles no matter how bad they are.

We dont know you because you wont reveal any information about YOURSELF! Think about that Barack. Youve hidden most of your past from us. You are a Phony!

These people should take the middle ground like and make it look like it is a good idea mot to like his idea and political background but like the person. It is the politically correct thing to do.

It is impossible to either like or dislike Barry, because I don't know him. I do, however, hate the fact that he is methodically destroying this country. He, like Murbarak, needs to go NOW, not at the next election.
