Obama Changes Birth Control Policy

WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama says a revamped birth control policy will both protect religious liberties and protect women's access to contraception.
Speaking at the White House, Obama announced changes to the policy that has generated criticism from religious groups and others who say it would force them to violate their faith.
Obama urged politicians not to use the complicated matter as a wedge issue.
Under the changes, religious employers will not have to cover birth control for their employees. Instead, the government will demand that insurance companies be directly responsible for providing free contraception.

Oh now we'll all pay for the "change". He is now telling private industry will do this and do it for free. Wake up people!

Anyone who thinks this will be "free" from the insurance companies is nuts. They will raise premiums for all to cover the mandate. So much for lowering the cost of medical insurance. Same thing with the "mortgage" fix with the banks...that $25 billion isn't coming from reduced salaries, benefits or dividend reductions to shareholders, it will come from new and/or increased fees to customers. We need to stop looking at any of this as FREE. There is no such thing!
