Domestic violence, whether we choose to see it or not, is very much a part of our society.

Of all the women murdered across the U.S., a third of them are killed by intimate partners.

This month, WILX observes Domestic Violence Awareness Month. We sat down with Susan Shoultz, director of EVE, Ingham County's domestic violence shelter.
