We have new information on the abused dog known as "Tatiana"---
Ingham County Animal Control has finished its investigation into who left her for dead. The report will now be handed over to the prosecutor's office to see if any criminal charges will be filed.
Tatiana was discovered by a good samaritan in January--- hog-tied with electrical tape and nearly frozen to death near Old Town in Lansing. Her head was swollen from severe trauma and her body was covered with fresh wounds.
Video provided by the Capital Area Humane Society earlier this month shows Tatiana happy, energetic and nearly recovered from her injuries while in the care of her foster family.
