49 new charges are being filed against Jared Lee Loughner for his role in the attempted assassination on congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, and a shooting rampage in January.
The latest indictment charges Loughner with murder in the deaths of U.S. District Judge John Roll and Giffords' aide, Gabe Zimmerman.
The indictment covers all 19 victims who were either killed or injured on January 8th.
Loughner will be arraigned on the new charges Wednesday in a Tucson court room where he plead not guilty to previous charges against him.
Some of the charges could lead to the death penalty.
