"Dig Jackson" Reaches Next Phase

By the middle of March, crews will be tearing-up Michigan Avenue between Blackstone and Mechanic Streets to replace water mains and sanitary sewers. Consumers Energy will replace old gas mains and underground electrical systems. All that road work is leaving businesses worried about what that mess will do to their bottom line.
