Sheriff Steve Rand reports that the deceased victim from the homicide on Wamplers Heights in Norvell Township has been identified as 49 year-old Robert M. Marcyan.

Reports say Marcyan and his twin brother Richard went to an address in the 1700 block of Wamplers Heights Drive to perform some maintenance on the residence. He suffered fatal injuries at the scene from the gunshot wound.

Marcyan has ties to both the Norvell Township area and Dearborn Heights area.

Detectives are still investigating the case.

I agree Tina... However I grew up with Michael... He was a really good person. I haven't the slightest clue as to what could have caused him to do this. I do know that he is a paranoid schizophrenic. This is just absolutely tragic. And I pray for both Michael and the victims family.

Rob was a very good person and didn't deserve this senseless act to happen to him. I really hope justice is served in this case. R.I.P. Rob. You were loved by many.
