University of Michigan To Reveal Details On Smoking Ban

The University of Michigan is releasing details of its' smoke-free policy.
The school is set to announce today, that school President Mary Sue Coleman has approved a final report on the policy, first implied in 2009.
The report recommends campus smoke-free boundaries, and outlines plans to help smokers quit.
Smokers will be banned at the school's facilities, buildings, and grounds starting on July 1st. are allowed on public sidewalks adjacent to public buildings.
Smoking will be allowed on sidewalks adjacent to some buildings.

    When the GOVT starts doing this....and it spills over to other industry... Then there is a Problem.. What happened to Rights and equal treatment?? What happened to No Discrimination??? this is border line Smokers pay the same fees as everyone else does to the colleges, they pay taxes, and now they are being treated like 2nd class citizens? Heck you SHOULD be saying NO ILLEGALS should be allowed to attend your schools, And no illegals should be getting INSTATE tuition..Either! Instead of turning a blind eye to that MAJOR problem.
