If you hear a siren blaring at about 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, don't panic. Emergency agencies across the state of Michigan will be testing their tornado alarms April 10th at 1PM. They do this test every year to make sure the sirens are functioning properly. This week is Severe Weather Awareness week in Michigan.
