A little boy is in child protective services this morning after being found alone on the streets in Lansing.
Lansing Police received a call around 3:00 a.m. that a toddler was wandering around outside near Foster and Michigan Avenues.
The blond-haired boy is beleived to be at least 2-years old, but can't talk to tell police where he's from. They're waiting for the parents to call or show up.
