A Detroit teenager will spend up to 60 years in prison for the rape and beating of a 90-year-old Detroit woman in her home.
The Wayne County Prosecutor's office says Maurice Randall was sentenced Thursday to 30 to 60 years. Randall was convicted last month on first-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault with intent to do great bodily harm and home invasion.
Anthony Hardy pleaded guilty to home invasion and was sentenced Dec. 16 to 7 to 20 years in prison.
Randall was 17 and Hardy was 18 when the attack occurred in August. Authorities say the woman was found injured the day after the attack by a relative.
