Supporters Of The Michigan Film Tax Credit Fear Decline In Industry

It hasn't even been voted on, but already the Michigan film office is feeling the fallout of Snyder's budget.
The superhero flick, "The Avengers", starring Robert Downey Jr. has scrapped plans to film here.
Sources within the film industry say the studio wasn't waiting around to see the outcome of the budget plan.
Supporters of the film tax credit fear other production companies will follow suit, and make their movies in other states.
