Students Compete to Create Next-Gen High Mileage Cars

Michigan gas prices have reached record highs this week and with the 2025 deadline to double the current industry standard for gas mileage closing in, ultra-high fuel efficient cars could soon be a reality.

College students in Marshall, Mich. Friday are working to go the extra mile competing in the SAE International Super-mileage competition to create the cars of tomorrow.
