State troopers arrested a Detroit man in Jackson County Thursday under the states Super Drunk Law.
Police say they pulled the driver over on I-94 near Sargent Road in Leoni Township.
Troopers measured his blood alcohol content to be a .26 percent. The legal limit is .08 percent.
Troopers say the 56-year-old man told them he was driving from his home in Detroit to Saginaw and that he was surprised to learn he had actually ended up in Jackson County.
The driver is currently lodged in the Jackson County jail.
