Scalping Tickets Could Get Easier, More Profitable

When a game is hot, it's not too hard to find people willing to part with their ticket, by reselling it. However reselling the ticket above face value has been illegal, since 1921-- but that could change.

A bill moving through the House proposes allowing ticket holders to resell their tickets for any price.

The bill would affect not only sporting events, but also concerts, theaters and any public event.
