The reward doubles for information about an abused dog found frozen to death last weekend in Lansing.

$2,000 is now being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.

That is the highest reward ever offered in Ingham County for animal abuse.

Animal control says it receives daily tips about this dog, and officers are investigating each one.

it continues to amaze me that people will offer huge rewards to fine a animal abuser, but nothing for a abused or missing child. sad but true
