Hundreds are coming together this weekend in East Lansing for Relay for Life. The annual fundraiser for cancer patients and survivors pays tribute to those who lost their battle.
Relay for Life is a 24-hour event and should last until 10 AM Sunday at the East Lansing High School track and cafeteria, so you still have chance to check it out.
Organizers say there's still a lot of fun to be had.
"We've got some fun games planned for the middle of the night. People are welcome to come by. We've got a conga line, I believe, at 4 AM and we've got lap themes the whole time, so there'll be some silliness later on this evening for sure," said Lori Fountain, a co-chair of the event committee and an American Cancer Society volunteer.
