Dearborn Senator David Plawecki lost his battle with cancer just a few days ago, but that didn't stop him from doing good...even in death.
Mourners at his funeral received letters with 100-dollar bills inside them, and a message asking them to use the money to pay it forward.
He gave away $12,500 total.
Plawecki was the youngest elected senator in the state's history, and is known for passing the Open Meetings Act, and Unemployment Legislation.
