Police in Jackson County's Columbia Township are asking for helping finding a man suspected of stealing $27,000 from a woman. Patrick Oswald is believed to be in the Lansing area. The victim told police Oswald stole he ATM card and PIN. Investigators say they have video showing him at a bank in Brooklyn. Jackson County prosecutors issued a felony arrest warrant April 20. Police have been looking for Oswald since then. The 56-year-old is 5'9", around 200 pounds and has gray hair and hazel eyes.
