Four armed robberies in the Lansing area in just two days.
And Lansing police think the same guy is behind all of them.
They believe he also robbed a Clark gas station in August as well, linking him to five robberies in total.
Tuesday night the suspect robbed the Sav-More party store in the 800 block of Miller Road in Lansing and then hit the Cirilla's adult store in the 3200 block of W. Saginaw Street about two hours later.
"I think there are definitely some similarities," said Mike Yankowski, interim police chief for the Lansing police department.
"We're working with our partners in the tri-county area for similar types of armed robberies that have occurred."
The same suspect is also believed to have robbed the Citgo gas station on Cedar Street and the Sunoco gas station on Larch Street Monday night, according to police.
Police released a surveillance picture from Monday's robbery of a Sunoco gas station. The gunman can be seen wearing a Halloween mask and a distinctive red and black jacket.
"It doesn't make me feel real safe and it makes me want to be aware of my surroundings," said Sue Keldsen who lives in Lansing and said she was concerned about the recent crime spree.
"It's scary because you have to be on your guard."
Police are encouraging local businesses to keep an eye on each other while they continue their investigation.
"It's the same concept as neighborhood watch," Yankowski said. "We have to be vigilant around our stores and businesses and we have to be good neighbors to our other businesses."
