Pizza Delivery Driver Robbed at Gunpoint

LANSING - A pizza delivery driver gets the tip of a handgun pointed in his direction Sunday night in Lansing. Shortly before 10'clock police were called to the 400 block of Clifford Street. The pizza delivery driver tells police that he drove their to deliver an order. When he arrived a young man on the porch pointed a gun at him and demanded his money and food. He says two other men came forward to assist in the robbery.

The delivery man gave up his cash and pizza, and the thieves ran away towards Hunter Park. No shots were fired and no one was hurt. The owner of the house says he was inside sleeping, and had not ordered anything.

Anyone who may have seen anything unusual near Hunter Park or the 400 block of Clifford Street is asked to call Lansing police. 483-7600. is happy to provide a forum for commenting and discussion. Please respect and abide by the house rules:
