I have seen the tents in that area and people living there. Our poor homeless people were probably trying to get warm. Sorry to hear that they had an explosion and two people were killed. They need more shelters in this economy for homeless people, especially as we go into the winter. Our state should address this issue, now that it has been brought to everyone's attention by this occurence. How about some of our empty former school buildings, such as the one on the corner of Pleasant Grove and Holmes??? Couldn't we provide some cots and heat for them there????

Theres a Bum "Tent City" right there in the woods between the whisky barrel and the river, right over the berm from the running trail. Careful ladies theres a couple little "Rape Shacks" scattered all over those woods. Me and a friend found one right behind the baseball field that had empty liquor bottles all over the place, Empty Kighters, and a pair of fuzzy hand cuffs in a little Stick Fort. I caught a Sucker fish one time, and gave it to a Bum, He wasnt very happy about the sucker fish.

I Was on scene. It appeared to be a homeless camp that had a fire, somehow there was a fuel explosion, causing a small forest fire. Also found were additional homeless camps in the forested area,as well as homeless people both uninjured and minor injuries.
