Old Town Building Slated for $3 Million Redevelopment

Those looking to live and work in Lansing's Old Town will soon have another option.

Today, Mayor Virg Bernero and Dr. Sam Saboury of SMTS Real Estate Group will announce the $3 million redevelopment of a historic building along the 1100 block of N. Washington Avenue.

Executive Assistant to the Mayor, Randy Hannan, tells News 10 the redevelopment will involve the demolition of two buildings and the restoration of another. The project will feature retail space with apartments above.
